- Dues for members must be paid BEFORE you register. ALL GUEST SELLERS MUST BE SPONSORED BY A MEMBER WHOSE DUES ARE UP TO DATE. If you need to pay your 2011-2012 dues, please contact: Melissa Garland.
- All sellers are required to pay $10 seller fee. This will be deducted from your profits. These fees help pay for advertising of our sale, building rental and any other additional expenses. This is NON-REFUNDABLE!!
- REGISTRATION FORMS ARE DUE NO LATER THAN MONDAY, FEB 13. IF NOT RECEIVED BY THEN, A $5.00 LATE FEE WILL BE ISSUED AND DEDUCTED FROM YOUR PROFITS. ANY OUTSTANDING FEES (i.e. Member Dues) DUE TO GMOM WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM THE SELLERS PROFITS.
- ALL SELLERS ARE ASKED TO SIGN UP FOR TWO SHIFTS DURING THE 3-DAY SALE EVENT. IF there are enough sellers, only ONE work shift will be required. Members who work their shifts will receive 90% of their sales with 10% going to the club. Members who cannot work will receive 80% of their sales. Guests who work will receive 80% of their sales and guests who cannot work will receive 70% of their sales. **Please note that you are welcome to bring your kids with you while you shop the sale, but we ask that you do not bring your kids with you while you are working your shift. Also, PLEASE be on time for your work shift!!
- We’ll need some strong backs for the breakdown shift on Saturday, February 25 from 12-3:30. Your husband can work this shift (and earn you the higher sale percentage) if you are unable to work another shift.
- All GMOM members will receive three guest passes (via email) for the sale. Each guest pass must include the member’s name. Guest passes will be collected at the front door.
- Registration forms MUST include the following: Sellers fee choice, and a completed work shift form for the club to send your check to you.
- You will receive your check no later than 2 weeks after the end of the sale.
- REQUIRED!!! ALL SELLERS MUST MAKE ARRANGEMENTS TO BE AT THE CHURCH AT 2:30 PM SATURDAY TO PICK-UP OF YOUR ITEMS!! PLEASE KNOW THAT ANY ITEMS REMAINING AFTER 3:00 PM WILL BE DONATED!!
- The seller acknowledges that GMOM is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items left in its care for the purpose of resale. Further, the seller agrees to hold harmless GMOM from any and all claims relating to lost, stolen, or damaged items. Seller also acknowledges that items not retrieved by Saturday, February 26 at 3:00pm become the property of GMOM (unless other arrangements have been made in advance) and will be donated to a charitable organization.
